Development Road Map

Panther is being developed in distinct phases, each building upon the last to deliver progressively more sophisticated capabilities to the Hyperliquid ecosystem. This roadmap outlines our planned trajectory, subject to community feedback and technical discoveries along the way.

Phase 1: Foundational Intelligence Layer

  • Goal: Establish the core infrastructure for real-time data ingestion and basic insight generation from Hyperliquid CORE.

  • Key Objectives & Features:

    • Implement robust data ingestion client connecting to Hyperliquid CORE WebSocket APIs (l2Book, trades, webData, etc.).

    • Set up the core message queue pipeline (e.g., using Redis) for decoupling data streams.

    • Develop initial elizaOS agents focused on:

      • Order Book analysis (depth, significant walls/icebergs, imbalances).

      • Open Interest tracking (monitoring significant changes).

      • Funding Rate monitoring (tracking deviations and absolute levels).

      • Liquidation event detection (identifying spikes).

      • X marketing and promotion (for promoting Panther and HL)

      • Hyperliquid focused knowledge (for quering about HL)

    • Deploy the Panther Discord Bot for delivering these initial insights to the community.

    • Establish baseline monitoring and infrastructure stability.

  • Expected Outcome: A reliable system providing users with fundamental, AI-filtered insights into Hyperliquid's CORE market dynamics via Discord.

Phase 2: EVM Insights & Technical Analysis Automation

  • Goal: Expand analytical capabilities to include Hyperliquid's EVM layer DeFi activities and automated technical analysis for CORE markets.

  • Key Objectives & Features:

    • Integrate data ingestion from Hyperliquid EVM RPC nodes.

    • Develop tools specifically for analyzing Liquidity Pool (LP) data:

      • Tracking pool reserves, composition, and volume.

      • Estimating yields (APYs) based on fees and potential rewards.

      • Monitoring metrics related to Impermanent Loss (IL) risk.

    • Implement processing of historical Candlestick (OHLCV) data for CORE tickers.

    • Develop agents to calculate standard Technical Indicators (e.g., OBV, RSI, Moving Averages).

    • Implement pattern recognition agents to scan for specific TA setups (e.g., Divergences, Support/Resistance breaks).

    • Introduce a user-configurable Alert System via the Discord Bot (allowing subscriptions to specific insights/patterns/assets/pools).

  • Expected Outcome: Users receive a broader range of insights covering both CORE and EVM, including LP analysis and automated TA alerts, enhancing decision-making capabilities.

Phase 3: Swarm Intelligence & Decentralized Asset Management

  • Goal: Evolve the system into a network of specialized AI agent swarms capable of complex analysis and executing automated, opt-in asset management strategies.

  • Key Objectives & Features:

    • Develop advanced ai agent coordination mechanisms (swarms) within for collaborative analysis.

    • Create specialized swarms:

      • Analytics Swarm: Deeper, multi-factor market analysis.

      • Trading Strategy Swarm: Designing and potentially backtesting execution logic based on synthesized insights.

      • Autoinvesting/Yield Swarm: Focusing on optimizing yield generation and capital efficiency within Hyperliquid's EVM DeFi landscape.

    • Develop secure, audited smart contracts (Panther Vaults) allowing users to optionally allocate capital (e.g., USDC, ETH, LP tokens) to strategies managed by AI agents.

    • Implement robust risk management frameworks for automated strategies.

    • Explore deeper EVM integrations for more complex DeFi interactions and potential on-chain governance mechanisms tied to $PANTHER.

    • Experiment with novel user interaction models, potentially including conversational interfaces ("Vibe Trading" concept) for managing strategies.

  • Expected Outcome: A sophisticated platform offering users access to AI-driven insights and optionally, automated asset management strategies operating directly on Hyperliquid.

Beyond

Continuous improvement is core to Panther. Future development will focus on:

  • Refining AI models and analysis techniques based on performance and user feedback.

  • Expanding data sources and potential integrations within the wider DeFi ecosystem.

  • Enhancing user interfaces (Web application).

  • Progressive decentralization of the agent network and protocol governance.

  • Adapting to the evolution of the Hyperliquid platform itself.
