Community Road Map

Phase 1: Foundation

  • Goal: Launch the initial Panther bot in Discord, showcase core AI insight capabilities, build our foundational community and gather feedback.

  • What's Happening:

    • Initial Panther Bot Deployment: Getting the basic bot infrastructure live in our Discord.

    • AI Insight Showcase: Our AI agents will begin posting selected insights (e.g., interesting order book activity, OI changes on Hyperliquid CORE) publicly in Discord/Twitter for demonstration and marketing.

    • Community Building: Growing our Discord, Twitter and team.

    • Early Feedback Loop: Inviting early members to provide direct feedback on the quality and usefulness of the insights.

    • Trading Requests: Gathering input on specific assets, indicators, or patterns you'd like Panther to analyse in the future.

    • Airdrop Collaboration: Crucially, we'll be working with the community during this phase to help define:

      • Criteria for the Hyperliquid user snapshot (e.g., trading volume, interaction frequency).

      • Which other EVM communities should be included in the onboarding airdrop.

  • Community Value: Early access to see Panther's AI in action, a direct voice in shaping future features, and influence over the upcoming $PANTHER airdrop targeting.

  • Revenue Status: No protocol revenue generated or redistributed in this phase. Focus is on building and feedback.

Phase 2: Genesis Launch - Trading Indicator Insights, NFT & Token

  • Goal: Officially launch the $PANTHER token and NFT Pass, provide users with enhanced trading insights, and activate the ecosystem's reward mechanisms.

  • Key Events & Releases:

    • Enhanced Trading Insights: The Panther Bot evolves based on Phase 1 feedback, offering a broader range of actionable trading insights directly to users within Discord.

    • Panther NFT Pass Mint: Mint event to raise initial liquidity for the $PANTHER token. Mint proceeds go directly to the token's liquidity pool and 6m/1y operational costs.

    • $PANTHER Token Deployment (TGE): The official launch of the $PANTHER token contract on Hyperliquid EVM.

    • Community Airdrops: Execution of the airdrop based on the criteria decided with the community in Phase 1.

    • DEX Listing & Initial Liquidity: $PANTHER becomes tradable on Hyperliquid EVM DEXs, supported by the liquidity raised from the NFT mint.

    • Staking (soft) (NFTs & $PANTHER): Activate soft-staking contracts. Stake your NFTs and $PANTHER to become eligible for rewards.

    • Revenue Redistribution Begins: The first protocol revenue source (NFT secondary market royalties) comes online. This collected revenue will be redistributed back to the community through mechanisms like:

      • $PANTHER token buybacks from the open market (supporting the token value).

      • Direct distribution to NFT and $PANTHER stakers (as per tokenomics).

  • Community Value: Access to enhanced trading tools, opportunity to acquire $PANTHER and NFTs, ability to earn rewards through staking, and seeing the value redistribution cycle begin.

Phase 3: Automated Trading & The Digital Hedge Fund (Future Development)

  • Goal: Build and launch Panther's automated trading capabilities, allowing users to optionally participate in AI-driven strategies.

  • Key Features & Updates:

    • Development of Panther Vaults: Secure smart contracts allowing users to deposit assets (e.g., USDC, ETH) into specific strategies.

    • Deployment of AI Strategy Agents: AI agents designed to execute predefined trading or yield-farming strategies directly on Hyperliquid (both CORE and EVM).

    • Launch of Automated Trading Features: Users can choose to opt-in and allocate capital to these AI-managed vaults.

    • Potential New Revenue Streams: If strategy vaults implement performance or management fees, this creates an additional revenue source for the protocol.

    • Continued Revenue Redistribution: ALL protocol revenue, including any potential new sources from Phase 3, continues to feed the established redistribution mechanisms (buybacks and staking rewards), further benefiting token and NFT holders.

  • Community Value: Potential access to automated DeFi strategies managed by AI, with protocol revenue continuing to flow back to active participants and investors.

Beyond: Ongoing refinement of AI insights, development of governance mechanisms, potential web application launch, and continuous adaptation based on community needs and the evolution of Hyperliquid.
